Begin Baby Care — 5-Day Return Policy
1. Return Window
Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging, box, and inserts must be intact
- No signs of wear, damage, or tampering
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible
3. Return Process
- Email support with Order ID + reason for return + images (if applicable)
- Once approved, the customer must self-ship the product to the provided warehouse address
- Use a reliable courier with tracking
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
- Begin Baby Care is not responsible for lost/damaged shipments in transit
- Refunds will only be processed after the item is received and inspected
5. Refunds
- Processed within 3–5 business days after quality check
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Exceptions (Damaged/Incorrect Items)
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, report within 48 hours of delivery
- In such cases, return shipping may be covered
